    Whats up guys,

I have an issue i ran across a problem i haven't never faced.

I ran a complete cycle of test and tren a lil while back. and was had to spend some time in jail about the time i had to run my pct. I never got a chance to run it. its been about 2

plus months since i lasted pined. Ive noticed that i have noticed some gyno that remained. What can i do to combat this issue.

    Please any info will help.

At first please get a bloodwork done and see where you are at. HPTA is more important than gyno at this point.

Please read this link for gyno reversal. You can run a PCT now depending on your blood work results. PCT should be run with nolva and clomid for 4 weeks and you can continue taking nolva after PCT until gyno is gone.

Agree with God Himself. Get BW and be sure to include LH & FSH which indicate pituitary function. Plus, are you sure it's gyno (kinda hard and fibrous) or simply a build up of body fat?

Most likely build up of body fat it looks like.... is there a reason why that would happen after a cycle???

If its fat, its not gyno. You would have a hard lump under your nipple if it was gyno.
Fat accumulation could be due to genetics, diet and poor estrogen management.

Yea poor diet in jail would explain it.... I assume once i get back in my fitness routine it should go away.

when u say mean poor estrogen management, what do u advise for when i do my next cycle later this year...

Get blood work done pre cycle first. Make sure you are using an AI.
Get a sensitive E2 assay mid cycle (on your first BW too) and see where you are at.
If you are over or under the limits, consider readjusting your AI dosage.
