20 Weeks Test E 300 per Week

I want to start my first Cycle soon
20 Weeks with 150mg Test e e4d / e3,5d and 0,25-0,5 arimidex eod

At the moment i get 62,5mg Test e e3,5d as TRT which Puts me in the 12 ng/ml and at 36 e2. Before my Test was very low ~ 0,75 ng/ml.
Also take for the Thyroid 100mcg t4 and 25mcg t3 because secondary hypothyroidism.
Still suffer from relative low hemoglobin.
From TRT i only get some slight acne, before never had pimple. Also start to look older, before anybody thought i would be 14-15 ...

To Myself:
21 Years Old
161 cm, 55 KG / ~13-14% idk, maybe lower, Abs visible but slight puberty gyno what’s fuck up ..
Lifting for 4 Years
1 RM:
Bench: 80 KG
Squat: 120 KG
Deadlift: 155KG
OHP: 50 KG

Maybe 400-500mg for 20 weeks ?

I‘m small and get 12 ng/ml test from 125per week, other individuals who are heavier have to take 200-250mg for this value

If I can solid gains with it and maybe equal gains like somebody who is heavier with 500mg

being on cycle for almost 5 months str8 isn't ideal for your health.
many find that the gains stop around the 10-12 week mark.

just saw your height and weight.
I recommend 400/week for 12 weeks.

Agree with Deadlifting Dog here.
You are too young for AAS. And the longer the cycle is, the harder will be the recovery.
At 55kg and 21 yo, you don’t need AAS to build muscle. A good diet, hard training with adequate rests will be enough.
You are underweight to be using AAS imho, despite having hypothyroidism.
Stay natty for a few years. Or you’ll hinder your possible gains and growth.

55kg is pretty light. But I have a serious suggestion. You can easily double your body weight on bench press and feel like a god with no AAS at all. Plus it'll give you a great starting point.

Stop training legs. Train only back, chest, and shoulders. This will keep the useless mass off of your legs so you can acheive your 2x weight easier
