Weird Post cycle blood work results!
Hello there, so i finished my first test e cycle in early june and continued with 4 weeks pct clomid an nolv and after 10 weeks i just got my blood work done and i just noticed that the free test is high while the total test is kinda low! how is that possible? And what do you think about the whole results?

If I had to guess I’d say it SHBG and albumin levels are low ... but that’s just a guess
Probably good to go back in about a month and get a full panel done (metabolic and horomone)

This should he in the post cycle therapy or blood test sub section but I'll answer it here for now. Your results are absolutely fine FSH is on the low side for sure but then your free T, total T and estradiol are good so I wouldn't worry about it unless your sperm count is low.

I'm still trying to make sense of it how is the free T is higher than the ref range while the total T is kinda low?? how is that even possible isn't the free T is counted as a part of the total T? can someone explain? and is there a thing i can do to increase my FSH and LH?

I told you about free test being high... possibly your SHBG and albumin are low... you won’t know unless you get that checked...
For FSH/LH they are in normal range.... but look into your nutrition ... also you’re not too far out from pct so that could be a factor as well... what was your pre-cycle blood work showing?
You could try supplementing zinc magnesium and D3
Also... free test and total test are in different units.... so to answer your question yes, total test includes free testLast edited by upperhandy; 09-26-2018 at 05:51 PM.
