What dose are you doing 250mg a week? Adding winny won't change the fact that you could need an AI my personal favourite is Arimidex but can't give you much more than that as your dose of test isn't fully clear and without blood test it would be guessing.

I agree with Marcus G 100%, I just got my blood work back and thought my AI was on point. Turns out I was very wrong, my estrogen levels were way too high this time. I changed gear and the new stuff seems to be much higher quality than what I had been using (which was still good). My T values were also off the chart high but that is somewhat normal, haha, As soon as I got home I took 1mg of Arimidex (my doc recommends Arimidex).
But if you have been on for 3 weeks it is time to start thinking AI. I would hope you are pinning 250mg twice a week? Also, what is your age? Also, realize if you have the genetic disposition Winny is one of the worst for hair loss.

Without having any info about your protocol, age, bloodwork data; this will be a blindshot.
Normally a cycle like you run will work out smoothly with a non-suicidal AI like Arimidex (anastrozole).
If you are very prone to aromatization (high BF for example, which is a good reason not to cycle), you can try a more powerful AI like Letrozole .
Best idea is to start with arimidex and do a bloodwork midcycle to see where you are at.

You may not need an AI at that dose but on the contrary you may so yes your doctor will give you a blood test but don't tell him your on anything just tell him your experiencing nipple soreness and sleepiness (basically high estrogen symptoms) then he should give you the test or just pay for test private.

NAC and TUDCA are the best shit around you can take to protect your liver from AAS induced cholestasis and hepatocellular damage.

why do you think you "should" be using an AI at this point ? do you have any evidence or reasons for needing an AI at this point in your cycle, or have past experience with cycles that suggest your very estrogen sensitive?
imo, AI's are used for very specific purposes and reasons and shouldn't be just thrown into a cycle for no real reason (80% of guys have no real need for an AI and they end up causing more harm then good and hinder gains).
