    Anyone have before and after pics of a dirty bulk on a test only cycle?

    Im currently 6' 193 and would like to put on around 30+ lbs this winter. My last cycle also my first i put on 20 lbs but stopped gaining mid way through. I was at 4-4250 calories and was thinking of starting this cycle at 4750 since i currently maintain at 3750.

    How much of 20 lbs have you kept?
    Btw, 30+ lbs of gains are not so realistic. While that is possible, most of it is going to be fat, not lean muscle. I don’t know your next cycle either.

    I keep 12lbs and actually leaned out on cycle. This cycle will be the same as the first one starting at 500mgs test cyp and may up the dose after a while. Im not looking to keep 30lbs idealy I'd like to be around 210 when im finished.

    I don't see only 500mg of test getting you to nearly 230 pounds, especially if the goal is for most of that to be real tissue.
    500mg of test is what 230 pound jacked guys cruise on.

    how about you post a pic where your at now. we'll see if we can help you add that 30 based on where your at now and how your frame is structured

    Starting 1,000 cals above maintenance is prob a little high. You're likely going to add a lot of body fat by doing that way. IMO a better approach would be to start at 500 above and slowly increase as your weight increases.

    I don't understand why you would want to see pictures of someone else' flawed (dirty bulk) nutrition program. It's not like someone elses physique change is going to have any impact on how your body handles nutrition, unless you are looking for some type of validation that a "dirty bulk" is a smart idea because John "Genetic Metabolism Freak" Smith put on X lbs over Y weeks.

    You are also creating twice as much work by knowingly adding on fat only to have to cut it off later versus taking a slower lean growth approach.

    Here's a current pic at 6' 193lbs guessing 15-17% bf. My last cycle i put on 20 lbs (keep 12) and actually leaned out a bit. I know that i most likely won't get the same result the second time but if i up the Cal's a bit and put on a little fat this time i was hoping i might be able to get the same or better.

    you have a long and lengthy frame. with a frame like that, you can afford to put on a little bit of fat to help you add some size.. its the short thick squatty guys that can't afford to put on any fat while bulking.
    - building muscle is the hardest part of bodybuilding (do whatever it takes)
    - burning off excess body fat, thats the easy part (I've got 55+ year old grandma clients that can burn off body fat)

    of course, if you got the chemical 'wizardry' and know how to growing massive and lean at the same time. more power to you

    So with another 12 week test cycle do you think it's possible to pack on 30 lbs and keep half of it? Any tips?

    You should never do a dirty bulk. Its extremely unhealthy.
    U must try to avoid as much fat and watergains as possible.

    Why the hell do u wanna go dirty? It looks awefull with moonface, muscles, cuts and veins dissaper. And u feel like real shit and that your heart gonna stop every minute.

    And after u will shrink like a mf and u will look like a shar pei in the face.

    And no girl will ever never look at u..yeah..maybe in disguise
