possible liver damage on tren or winny ?

I'm having a tight feeling just at the end of ribcage on the left side. from what i read online liver pain is on right.

Its not paining, its just a tight uncomfortableness right at the end of ribcage on left.

can tren cause this ? anyone experienced this ?

Yeah you wouldn't "feel" elevated liver enzymes like that. You would feel nauseous and sluggish long before you felt actual pain in the organ. You likely did something while lifting. Let it rest and I bet you'll be fine in a few days. Don't forget to do some light stretching pre-w/o and some deeper stretching post-w/o and that will help prevent these strains and pulls.

I remember having a huge pain around the rib cage. Doc told me I had a bone bruise.
Try not to worry bro. Could be a lot of things

Trust me , you’ll feel signs of an organ is telling you something.

That's very strange. I had a portal vein thrombosis (a blood clot) and it can cause pain in the spleen. I cant think of anything that can result in immediate pain in that area after pinning tren . Is the pain deep? How old are you, had any surgery lately?
