So I’m getting ready to do my first cycle & have been doing as much research as I can before I start...
Regarding injections, I’ve read that the pins need to be “jammed” in, fast, in one move, almost like a dart or stabbing someone as opposed to pushing the pin in slowly...
Can anyone please clarify this for me?

I push mine in extremely slowly, takes me 20 seconds at least from when the pin touches my skin. I pres oh so gently and if it hurts I move it, I find this somehow helps me avoid nerves and painful injections. If I ignore the pain and push through, it’s often painful when injecting the oil.
you don't need to 'dart' the pin in.. just push it in smoothly and inject. the only time I go very slow and carful is when doing my inner bicep head (mainly cause of the visible veins and its a sensitive spot). the outer bicep is no problem though. I'll grab a pin and shoot my chest, lats, delts, etc whatever and just pin it and be on my way.
No need to dart.
In placces where it is avilable I use my fingers and push on the site directly around the insertion area. Then I ease the pin in. Too fast and you may jump which can case you to flex and it can hurt like hell.
Found darting it less painful personally, but it is not necessary - whatever gets the oil in.

I pin slow and mainly quads. Lots of room to rotate injection sites and it’s easy access

The initial skin breaking pinning can be fast, I don't like to slowly break the skin but once the needle is in the skin then I slowly inject the pin. The reason for this is because if you hit a nerve you will find out immediately and less to pull out, also I can't see slamming home 1 1/2 inches worth of a needle as a positive thing lol.
I've heard both sides to this, but for the most part, it seems like the thighs are the main place that you DON'T want to jam the needle, since there seems to be a decent likelihood of hitting a nerve
Poke around, find a numb spot, and stab at a slow but firm and constant rate. When you get nervous and fumble it around is what will cause pain.
The wife just jabs them in - I think on purpose
When I do em, I go in at medium speed. I do a full 3ml barrel in 2-3 mins
I have a tranquilizer gun.
Make sure she aims good before firing and above all hold still. If you give the dart a good 25' or so you will avoid some of the bruising.
