Plus - I'm being trained by an IFBB Pro, and he has suggested this...
(I've been on Clen 2 weeks previous, starting from 20mcg, ramped up to 140mcg. I will ramp up when I start clen from 80mcg - sorry it doesn't say on the picture).
But can't find any similar cycles online, this ok? My main thing is to remain good health throughout my career of cycling, and although this cycle is for holiday prep, I'm starting stage prep with my off season starting in Jan.

your IFBB pro trainer suggested you jump right on 140mcg of clen per day with NO ramping up phase ?
Sorry, I have been on Clen for 2 week already, ramping up from 20mcg a day.
This would be week 4 -6 on clen where it says 1-2 on the spreadsheet. But I will ramp back up for 80mcg, instead of starting at 140mcg.
he also made the mistake of dosing it as MG instead of Mcg . if you take the dose he suggested at MG's , you will die (at least its listed that way on the paper you posted)

All on all, looks ok though?
400mg of test per week, 50mg of VAR per day , and cycling Clenbuterol , is pretty cut and dry and will get the job done. . . cutting is not near as difficult as growing, so don't need nothing fancy per se
