    Getting red

I notice all the guys on steroids at my gym look red. The one guy is a dealer in his 40s and is a lobster.

I too noticed, now in my 9th week, my face and upper chest/neck and back are redder than before. When lifting I get even more red. It is a little concerning as I already have high blood pressure that is controlled with meds. my bp is around 135-140/80 resting.

Mentally I feel a lot better than before but it just sucks that something which makes you feel good is bad for you.

pretty common with newer users. you may not even be able to pin point the exact cause. years ago when I stated I was always red as well. for the last few years though I can run 5 times the dosages that I used to run and not get red at all.

but yeah first thing I would do is donate blood

Regular donations took care of my redness problem.

It could be an increase in BP, which you need to monitor daily. Or it could be an increase in RBC which happens with most AAS use.
