    Mass Cycle Suggestions needed

    Hi all.

    I am looking for some advice on what is best to for my next blast.

    Currently I have 3 weeks left on my Test E / Decca / Dbol blasts (14 weeks). I then plan to cruise for 7 weeks and do a 8/10 week blast. I am currently on 750mg of Test E a week (dropping down to 500mg the last 2 weeks)

    -

    Which of the following do you think will give the best results for lean mass / keepable size



    Option A



    Week 1-10 Sust 500mg (250mg x2)
    Week 1-10 NPP 550mg (150mg eod)
    Week 1-4 Dbol (100mg e/d)



    Option B

    Week 1-10 Sust 500mg (250mg x2)
    Week 1-4 Dbol (100mg e/d)



    Option C

    Week 1-10 Sust 750mg (375mg x2)
    Week 1-4 Dbol (100mg e/d)





    Regarding my current blast. I am no longer seeing mass, I am seeing my chest grow well and becoming much leaner. I have no idea how, but I am eating 4500 -5000 cals a day, building muscle and loosing fat.

    I know this as my lower abs are starting to show. Its insane. I cant seem to break 200lbs no matter what I do.

    To grow u need to eat more. Not 5000 kcal.
    U must add a meal every week.
    Its ok to start with 4 meals.
    Going up so far u can go.
    12 meals are awesome.

    Then u will grow and add weigth 100% for sure.
    If fatgains, u need to up cardio.

    Aa for the gear i think your cruise is too short.

    I cant physically eat more. 4500-5000 cals of clean food. I even started adding oil to my shakes, using ice cream in them and eating dominos pizza ... still I plateu at 200lbs

    My diet consists of

    Oats / Chicken / Milk / Rice / Beans / Steak / Nuts / Avocado / Tortillas / Bread / Whey / Peanut Butter / White and Sweet Potatoes /


    Etc

    I appreciate that, but which option do you feel would be best.

    My guy who makes his own gear doesn't do NPP so it would mean trying to source from a new lab which ive had nothing but bad luck with lol. Its making me feel like its a sign to leave it out. As the guys say on here, less is more.

    options A, B, C - they are all pretty much exactly the same cycle your on now (test , nandrolone , dbol ). not saying there is anything wrong with that, just saying besides ester and dosages its all pretty much the same.

    You don’t need 4,500 to 5,000 calories a day, you are guaranteed to gain fat, unless u have a super active job.

    Break the meals down to smaller ones and to 6 a day. That way the body uses each meal more effectively.

    What is your tdee, I’m willing to guess its low 2k.

    There is NO such thing. Ofcourse u can eat. People work deep down in the mines goddamit pushing rocks. For 12 hours. Earlier 6 days a week. Bad diett. No supps.
    But they did.

    So dont give me crap about u cant EAT 6-7 times a day and 2-4 powderdrinks.
    Not now but as u work yourself up with weigths u will do the same with meals.

    Look man. How often do u see buff guy nowadays? Rigth, never. U know why? Nobody wants to eat!!. See? 2+2=4. So if u dont wanna be just another guy from the block, dont do like them.
    Its not easy. If it was easy all would look buff.

    Only one disclaimer. U migth have to up cardio to avoid fatgains. But thats a good thing. Upping cardio is anabolic .

    From those choices I vote test and npp. If you wanna throw in Dbol then backload it not frontlod IMO. The concept of having Dbol peak early and then drop off midway through the ce is absurd and sets you up to plateau once rn Dbol is discontinued. Using it on the second half allows continued progress.

    Testosterone , Nandrolone and Dianabol have long been acknowledged as the best compounds for keepable, pure mass growth.

    Other compounds can absolutely help growth but it isn't it's core competency, like Equipose and Trenbolone . And other compounds help you grow on the weight scale, but isn't the most pure muscle growth (is a large amount of water), such as Anadrol and Trestolone (MENT).
