i shot 1 cc of tren in my right delt and when i pulled out the needle some gear came out. why is that

that can happen, you can always try the skin pull method.

You may have shot too fast, not deep enough. When I inject I take up to 1 min to inject 1cc. I also leave the needle in for 10 seconds after the injection.

Thers's a method where you pull the skin to one side then inject. After the injection release the skin.
