Week 3 - 12 WK test e 500mg/ weekly - pct question
Hello, currently week 3 of my cycle pinning 250 twice a week. Gained a little bit of water weight about 5lb, no strength gains yet or size gains hopefully they will come soon.
I’m running nolva 40/40/20/20 for my pct.
Some people say nolva only is not enough and will not recover at all. Is this true? I don’t really want to do clomid because of the sides. Any advice will be greatly appreciated cheers.

Have you run Clomid before ? If so what side effects do you get ? If you haven't then you can't base your decision on reported side effects.
Someone else's side effects are not relevant to you in this circumstance because everyone's body responds differently.
Would you rather have manageable side effects for 4 weeks or risk ending up on TRT for the rest of your life ?I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

if recovering natty test production back to optimal levels is important. then I'd go with a strong pct protocol that includes HCG , AI, Nolva and Clomid (not all at the same time of course, its used in phases)

Thanks for all the advice, just ordered some clomid to go with my nolva. But start of week 3 stomach is feeling super bloated past couple days and am a lot more vascular in my arms so keen for the strength gains to kick it haha
