    How To Deal With Lethargy?

Hasn’t happened yet, but I’m running a test and tbol cycle 8 weeks. Want to avoid any lethargy if possible.

How would you combate the lethargy without any bloodwork? Is it all a mental thing, or is their OTC supps you can take?

Y would get lethargic from that cycle?

    Ai? No ai?

    Not enough info -

When I get lethargic from my high dose cycles - I just hibernate - eat, lift & sleep

well, thats kind of where i was getting at. im running 250mg test, and 20mg tbol, upping it to 50mg. Would running an AI help this problem? Ive never once had an issue with gyno. I just want to know how to deal with the lethargy if it starts happening

Elevated estrogen can cause lethargy, with that being said your test dose is low and tbol isnt very estrogenic. Start with .25mg arimidex 2x per week.

Otherwise you shouldn't experience lethargy, personally i can run 400mg of test without any AI and experience no estrogenic sides. Lethargy isnt something you need to prepare for, worst case scenario some blood work and caffeine to keep you going... If you run into issues that is.

You should be energized on that cycle not lethargic. If you feel lethargy then yes either e2 is high or your liver is being taxed by the tbol which is unlikely.

Not really sure why you even think this will occur?

Well, at least try not to touch antidepressants - if combined with roids they can increase blood pressure for sure. There is available a nootropic supplement called neurozan which contains also 5htp and is not so expensive on Amazon at least.

If you do it all right you shouldn't notice much if any lethargy. Usually a sign that something is wrong such as the liver. A liver protectant with orals are always a good idea.

I have "always" gotten lethargic deep into high dose cycles - estro becomes damn near impossible to control & I can feel my body become more toxic - no matter the supps or water intake

That sucks bro. That's why I stay away from orals personally. I just feel that injectables are superior to orals anyway, although some drugs can only be found in oral form so if one specfically needs a certain compound for whatever reason I guess concessions need to be made....

But OP is only on test (less than a gram) with tbol so IMO he won't get lethargy but of course everyone is different. It's been a while since I ran tbol but when I did (it was also with just test when I ran it) I felt strong on it and no issues with energy...

Samson- if you have access to it you should try injectable vitamins as they really help. Glutathione is my favorite antioxidant and blood work improves quite a bit when I'm on it. It's kind of expensive though to run all the time....Also, b12 is a good one as well for energy.

B12 is such a pain in the ass - literally

I was thinking of getting a vitamin drip - but, that's adding more shit to a ton that I already do

you can get a blend of vitamins, anti-oxidants, b12, etc.. in one product (that I know of) and just inject that at home and its multi use (last a month or so). way cheaper then those vitamin drip places (maybe not quite as extensive) . and you just go IM
