For my first cycle I have 10 weeks of Sust (2ml per week) 10 weeks of Deca, (1ml per week). What kind of gains will I get, given I eat tons of protein and lift my ass off. I am 6'5" 230 lbs at about 10% bf. I am consuming 300 + gms of protein per day. Will I remain cut or will I have to exercise to keep the body fat off??
