Well, I am glad to see that you have learned from your mistakes.
You should inject 2x per week 250 per injection.
This is from when you start your cycle until you end it.

I never used HCG and everything was ok for 20 years.
Dylan Gemelli says using it the last half of your cycle is enough.
Supergurues say HCG after only (piana). And supergurues say on only.
I really dont think this issue is significantly important.
In other words. Using HCG correctly is not the missing link.

What would happen if someone doing a 10 week Test E cycle only, were to use HcG from Day 1 of cycle, all the way through cycle and through PCT as well.

I wouldnt mind either one, especially when theres conflicting info on whens the best time to use HcG; on cycle, end of cycle only, post cycle...
healthy sized and functioning balls are worth a few extra bucks to me. that way I can just shoot the HcG all the way through and remove all doubt

I'll give you the protocol I recommend for guys that PCT..
example cycle - 500mg test E for 10 weeks. pct starting week 13 of clomid and nolva

week 3-10
HCG - 250iu 2x per week
week 11-12
HCG - 500iu 3x per week

you will also want to run an AI starting at least by week 10 and run it up to week 13.. despite everything I say on these forums about AI's, the one circumstance you do NOT want to have elevated estrogen is going into PCT. estrogen will keep you shut down and limit natty production of test.
guys that PCT should run an AI at the end of every cycle they do (obviously different rules apply for guys that blast and cruise)

During my first cycle I ran it 250iu twice weekly through the cycle. This time I will be following GH’s protocol and upping the dose for the last couple of weeks going into PCT, hoping for a less harsh shutdown than I experienced after my first cycle.

Hmm grapefruit seems excessive, unless accompanied by simultaneous penile hypertrophy. Please post regime for apples. I'll do pornhub for free.
