More than likely you have lots of natty potential left. I would look towards dietary changes or training adjustments.
Once your body has acclimated to a certain workload, you have to up the intensity or stimulus.
Same with diet. Once you've plateaued on a certain amount of calories or specific macro layout, something has to be increased or changed.
It could as simple as taking a week off then jumping into a more demanding routine.

Well you have nothing to worry about: you look like most of those young men in their early twenties. Just take in consideration what GearHeaded has written, improve your diet and exercise plan, sleep well. Just don't do roids, at least at your age not!;)

Thank you very much for the beautiful sentences full of motivation when I entered high school student ,my coaches here in Turkey and he said "you should do test eq cycle when i be 18 so end of the high school i really love doing heavy training in the gym just my diet is broken down last time and i feel in the training powerless but If I can fix my time and money frustration, I can keep my mind more comfortable and your beautiful sentences are really motivated by me. yes it is simple. but its actually got a perfect balance of macros AND micro nutrients built in (the foods selected have essential vitamins and nutrients needed in a broad spectrum, eg., your getting your Choline from the eggs, the B-vitamins and iron from the steak, the healthy fats from the salmon, the potassium from the potatoes, all the fiber as well as vitamins minerals needed from the oatmeal and spinach etc..)Quote:
