Can’t you get injectable b12 from pharmacy without a prescription where you live?
Here I can get easily thats why I am asking.
If you can’t, you can buy oral methylcobalamine tablets from OTC suppliers. Its absorption and bioavailability is very high compared to cyanocobalamine.

Do you ever run into shortages? I don't know where you live but in the US sometimes it's hard to find in some places.

No PIP, no nothing

I shot it up twice already expecting a giant knot both times

I've used it, no issues. It discolors pretty quick if left in a syringe, but no issues
