Should I stop my cycle or go all the way

    My cycle so far was
    1-10week 250mg test E
10-22 week I upped the dose to 500
I also ran anadrol for 4 weeks mid cycle
I am preparing for a bodybuilding competition, doing a leanbulk, so far has been going great, I gained 25 pounds of almost lean muscle mass.
Last couple of weeks my results have not been as good, I kind of hit a wall. I'm thinking of three options here:
upping the dose to 750 (although this is week 22 for me so I am afraid to up the dose), or lower it to 250 to bridge until the competition which is in may or even stopping the cycle completely.
This will me by first bb competition, I do understand that I may not have made the smartest decisions regarding steroids but it was absolutely my choice and I am asking for serious advice.

I don't think the plateau you have hit is due to your AAS dosages. After gaining that much muscle, your BMR and metabolism should have changed tremendously. If I were you, I would reconsider your diet once more and adjust it properly for your "new" body.
Also you are doing a 22 week long cycle, you should definitely get a bloodwork to see your overall health.
If your BW is normal, you can up your test to 750mg a week (although I wouldn't recommend to run that long cycles, I am sorry to bring that to table for you). Higher test will make you produce more estrogen which is an anabolic hormone when a highly androgenic environment is provided. If you are estrogen sensitive, you should keep this in mind. From my experience, if you cannot manage estrogen sides at 500mg then 750mg will be exponentially worse without a SERM.
Your body can put only so much muscle in a given time frame, so best option is to lower it down to 250 mg (which is cruising) and keep your gains until the competition. This will allow your body to recover and rest. Do not expect a continous growth from a single cycle, especially if you are not rotating compounds (GearHeaded's advanced growth protocols are worth more than to consider).

Thank you, I do not have any noticable estrogen sensitivity and my BW is pretty good but still think that I will lower the dose.
