Female question: starting cycle in pre-ovulation phase

Hello guys, my girl would start a mild cycle with Anavar . She's going in pre ovulation phase ( she has some little pain in the lower belly as classical symptom ).

I wonder if she's begin to take anavar in this phase, what should it happen ? Could her get bad consequences ? Or simply this would stop her menstrual cycle without any other problems ?
