Starting a manual labor job
I'm going to start a manual labor job and i wanted to ask if i should quit the gym because of the extra fatigue and stress? Also should i up my calories? I think that manual labor job + steroids will increase my muscle mass and keep me lean with a caloric surplus. Thougths?

Kiss them gains goodbye.
But seriously, know plenty of manual labour workers I know that are in great shape. Up the calories and focus on eating. If you just go and grab a light lunch during the work day you will lose muscle mass. Bring a cooler, fill it with food and get your meals in. More of an inconvenience than anything but it can be done with planning no problem

I had to quit lifting for a couple years because I got stuck running a roof bolter in the mines. Too many hours and too hard of work for me to keep it up. Like the guys are sayin- eat more and sleep more and see. Good luck.

20yrs old and you don't think you can handle manual labor and the gym?
Seriously?
Eat more.
Hydrate more.
P.S. You probably shouldn't be on steroids in the first place.

Experiment.
If its terrible, set up a one day on on day off routine.
I went from 160 to 235 doing some of the most labor intensive jobs on earth. I dont do cardio and I found it best to lift before work. This is me personally though.
Food is key, take plenty of between meal snacks and choke them down on the fly.

Best job i ever had was manual labor and yes even with all the active lifestyle at work i still managed to put in 6 days a week in the gym
It was honestly one of the best active jobs i've ever had
I fucking hate being an office drone in this field im in now tbh
You sit on your ass all day and somehow it is more draining than being active and working psychically

There's plenty of people who have a manual labor job and still make it to the gym on a regular basis. Why does it have to be one or the other? Just increase calorie consumption to make up for the extra output

I have done manual labor my entire life (bricklayer and concrete finisher). I am 46 and I am at the gym at 5 am five days a week. I have to eat more and being an old man I sleep more. (a lot more) Manual labor is no substitute for the work you do in the gym in my opinion. The muscles you use are limited in your day job and there is no proper technique or full range of motion. Just my opinion.

I'm in a labour heavy construction role 60~80hours a week.
Listen to your body. Optimise sleep and boost kCals take extra rest days if you need to lower volume if you need. Also strengthen your back as much as you can save you drama when your 50+

"We" brougth u back?. U never were one of the guys Obs. I know u tried, but your lack of knowhow and mental health, just made u a comic cartoon. To be constructive for a second, my advice to u is to go see a shrink or get a better one. Then come back to the board when your mind is set for it.
This was never supposed to be a chatroom Obs. But all u did was chatting. 99% of the time on non training non drugs topics. I guess most feel sorry for u. And they gave u the member of the year bs to help u out.
Cant say i will miss u Obs. I knew very soon u were off. Like sending me 15 likes a day in periods. Who does that? Even a lost fanboy dont act like that.
For old times sake, i will give u some motivation at the end. Print them and put them in your livingroom. If u got one.
