How long can I keep bacteriostatic water that was pierced once?

Like the title says. I have a 30mL bottle of bacteriostatic water. I used 10mL for my first HCG vial. I took a month off HCG and now I want to get back on. It was kept in a fridge for about 2 months then the last month I just had it sit in a drawer. So had it a little over 3 months in total. It looks fine... it's in a vial with a rubber seal so I'm thinking it shouldn't be much different than test when it comes to longevity but I may be wrong.

    What do you guys think?

I use a sterile technique and I don'y like to throw away resources; I usually keep the water for more than just one withdrawal.

I will imagine its fine, the seal would have closed up after you pierced it with the needle.
But if you are unsure, why take the risk? Bac water is so cheap, just get a new bottle.

Not before you break the cap, it contains 0.9% alchol so no problem.
After the cap is broken, its good to keep it in the refrigerator to keep it safe.

BAC water has a shelf life of about 3 years when stored below 25c.

It will last a very long time. Even past expire date.

I keep them as long as needed, often months. Before puncturing I swab the needle and top with alcohol and never had any problems
