I was actually going to do doses every 3 days, but that's more due to my work schedule. I needed to find a way to do it the same time every time since every 3.5 days wouldn't work for me considering my 12-13 hour work days

Twice per week. Doesn't matter if it's every 3.5 or 4 days or the time of day. Zero difference. Don't over complicate it.

Absolutely! 2x per wk works well. I do mine on MON/THUR

I pin Test Cyp 150mg once a week for TRT and feel great. However, when I run a cycle of 500mg/wk Test Cyp, I pin twice a week. Even when I run a short ester like Mast I pin twice a week. Short esters are to be injected everyday or every other day but I got lazy and pinned twice a week and haven't noticed any bad sides.

This is probably terrible advice for guys starting in AAS. The best thing is to stick to twice a week for long esters and every other day for short esters.

I like monday am/ thursday pm if youre worried about 3.5 days. I work the same schedule roughly and it worked for me just fine. If not take kelkels advice and dont over think shit too much. I perfer twice a week because i hate pinning big fucking shots, and the test i use is t400 and hurts like hell at anything over 1ml at a time. And for stability of course...
