Small ball under nipple

Discovered a small ball under right nipple. Been running 10 mg of Nolva during cycle. What's the best way to approach this?

I would make sure I had legit nolva.

What drugs are you using?

Is it painful or itchy? If not then chances are it's been there and you just haven't noticed it until now. When new gyno is forming your body will tell you what's happening and you'll have itchy and painful nips.

If it IS itchy or painful then you have female breast tissue developing but don't feel bad as this will eventually happen to most bodybuilders at some point in their career. Not sure what your long term goals are but if you plan on doing this for a long time then you're prob better off just getting the surgery and having it removed, and if done properly, it can never come back.

Your first step should be to up the nolva to 40mg ed until symptoms subside.

You should be running an AI in the background to manage estrogen levels.

I would get bloodwork to find out exactly where my e2 is and how much arimidex I should be taking... Good luck man.

This morning after finding it I popped a fresh bottle of nolva and downed two. My nipples aren't itchy or sore. But then again I'm not one of those guys who always plays with them. I leave that to the old lady she's the one who noticed it LOL!

Took 50mg of arimidex today as well. Guess I'll start with 25mg eod. I'll try to knock it out with drugs first and if all else fails surgery it is.

Luckily I already had an appointment with my endocrinologist Tuesday. Maybe he'll have something to say about it

I would bump it up to 20mg daily is 10mg isn't working. Are you on a really strong cycle?

After only five days of running 40mg from a different lab the bump is gone. Going to run 20mg for the rest of this blast. Cycle is not that strong 800 test, 600 deca . I did kick start with 25mg of Dbol for a pre-workout

800mg TEST/ 600mg DECA and some DBOL thrown in I would call a significant cycle. I would have suggested an AI starting at day one thru out the entire cycle.

If your E2 off balance, your prolactin levels may rise also. The best thing to do is to get a blood test before you start self medicating. Depending on if it's prolactin gyno or progesterone gyno, the cure are different.
