    Anavar only for fighter?

I'm asking for a close friend....

I am involved in fighting and my training partner is a heavyweight fighter looking at trying his 1st cycle.
He doesn't want excess water weight so is asking whether he can take anavar or tbol alone or will he definitely need a test base to stop shutdown?
I totally understand how he feels as heavy arms and legs are detrimental to a fighter!
    Any advice please..
    He's 6'3
    Age 42
    250lbs.
    Bf probably 15%ish

Anavar will shutdown without a test base.

Anavar actually made me very lethargic without any benefit.

Honestly the side effects from AAS regarding lethargy and just not knowing what to expect anxiety may be detrimental in the ring.

I suggest a cycle during his off season, so he knows what he's in for.

Then use Halo with test during a fight season.

In the case of fighting, I'd be choosing gear that has the reputation to cause serious rage.

That's just me, if it were me.
