12 micrograms? Do you mean 120?
You would not feel anything with 12 mcg. The average male naturally produces 25, so that 12 wouldnt even shut you down.
With respect to muscle weakness, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you unable to lift as much, or are you feeling some tension in your muscles. It's not uncommon for T3 to cause muscles in the thigh area and lower back to slightly feel tensed or uncomfortable when moving around. Usually felt more at night when tossing and turning in bed. But this is temporary and nothing to be alarmed about generally.
Please provide accurate doses of what you're taking.
