Tbol capsule size and weight

Me and a bud started a cycle recently. Test e and tbol. We got two different types of tbol. My capsules are 20mg and his are 25mg. The thing is his are 4 times the size. And we weighed the powder inside the capsule. Mine weighed .1 of a gram and his weighed .4 of a gram. And we know his stuff is legit. Not sure if mine is yet. Just 2 days in. Anyone know why his capsules are 4 times the size????

Most of the powder in a capsule is filler.
example: if his capsule is truly 25mg of tbol then the rest of the powder is 375mg of filler. (25mg + 375mg = 400mg = 0.4g)

However, understand that when dealing with UGLs you never really know what exactly you are getting.
