This is why it's recommended to run tren ace on your first run cause the side effects can be brutal for some. I always get the insomnia and increased irritability after about 4-5 days and fades about 2 weeks in, but this has gotten much better which each time I've run it. I also do a lot less these days and keep my runs very short...
IMO it's better to run tren ace at about 50mg eod for about 6 weeks MAX! Then come off and rotate another compound in like winny or mast (unless you're competing then it's a diff game). Not only will this approach minimize side effects but it will also allow your body to remain receptive to the drug for future runs.
The prob with tren e is now you have to wait a good two weeks for these sides to wear off and that's if you stopped dosing it....If you continue dosing (which is what I would do personally, but then again I've never felt as shitty as you're describing) then you have to find ways to mitigate the sides.
For one, take something to help you sleep...You can go the natural route with gaba, melatonin, and sleepy time tea (helps but if you're like me that shit won't touch you lol but for many people they will suffice) or the pharm route with an ambien or maybe a quarter of a xanax or clodopin (do NOT take benzos in doses above the bare minimum that you need to feel relief and only use for short periods of time) they're very physically addictive and I've had friends over the years develop probs with them and they're extremely difficult to get off BUT they also work extremely well SO they're a great tool for responsible people who aren't seeking to escape their probs cause then the chance of addiction is fairly high I'd imagine.
So those are some things you can use to help you sleep, and fixing the sleep issue alone will make you feel 100 times better! Another thing you'll want to address is the increase in prolactin that you're likely experiencing atm. My personal solution to prolactin was adding proviron to my regimen as I wanted to stay away from DA's if possible. Luckily the proviron was enough to blunt prolactin and the sexual sides I was experiencing subsided within a few days which I was impressed by cause proviron has a rep for being a useless and weak drug, but for the purpose it worked quite well.
Once you get a good nights sleep and get your energy back you're gonna be able to go beast mode in the gym and watch the magic happen as your nutrient partitioning becomes flawless and every last ounce of glycogen is jammed into your muscles! Your androgen receptors are saturated at this point so you'll notice your delts start capping and traps fill out almost over night lol. Also, be careful not to injure yourself because you're going to get very fucking strong so be sure to spend a solid 15 mins warming up and don't increase the weight too fast (a good tip here from my exp is going up in weight with ONE rep sets to let your connective tissue and joints "feel" the weight and you'll be able to tell by how your elbows and shoulders feel during the movement if that weight is too much..
For example - Let's say your max bench is 225...Once the tren is peaked in your system you should be able to lift 275 and your joints/ct should be able to handle that weight..Now fast forward another two weeks or so, and assuming you're eating enough food then you'll likely be able to hit 315, BUT it doesn't mean you should lol! Your joints/ct probably haven't caught up yet and you may open yourself to injury andf then your whole cycle is fucked SO please take my advice on this!
Anyway, enjoy your first tren run my friend as you should make phenomenal gains on it. Next time stick to tren ace though
