Female first Anavar cycle
Hi there, this will be my first time taking Anavar and I’m planning on doing an 8 week cycle at 10mg a day. I’m 4 days in and not really feeling anything yet.. if anything just moody and irritated.. also very tired - yesterday was my rest day and I literally slept all day and didn’t get up to do anything I was dead. 😂
I’m wanting to gain more muscle and get a really ripped look I especially want a 6 pack. I’m already skinny and lean but I find it hard to put on muscle naturally! I just tone up but nothing like a 6 pack or anything so I’m hoping the var will fix that. My diet is very clean and is plant based. I workout 6 days a week for an hour and a half. About 30 minutes of HIIT/cardio then resistance training this is an example -
30 minutes HIIT/cardio
TRI-SET 1: 4 sets
Walking kettlebell lunges 14-16 steps
Romanian Deadlifts with dumbbells 10-12 reps
Up and down plank 40 sec- 2 mins
TRI-SET 2: 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns 10-12 reps
Seated low cable back-rows 10-12 reps
Russian Twists 20 reps
TRI-SET 3: 3 sets
Flat bench dumbbell chest press 10-12 reps
Seated shoulder press 10-12 reps
Slam balls x15 reps
Finish up on 10 minutes static stretching
How long should it take for me to start ‘feeling’ and seeing results from Var? And is starting a 10mg a day to much I just can’t break the tablets in half, and will running var on its own be effective? I hear some people say you won’t see much just taking var alone? Or does that only apply to males?
