Blood Work After PCT? Recovered? High Cholesterol?

    Hey all,

Just got my blood work back (I fasted for 10 hours) . Blood work was done 5 weeks after pct concluded. I had basically been blasting and cruising for approximately 2 years with a few shot breaks (1-2 months). This is the first time I've been really off in a while.

I am 32 years old. I have been using AAS since 2014. I am 6'3, 230 lbs. Used to compete in powerlifting until an injury sidelined me.

Most recent cycle was 50mg tren EOD for 4weeks, 500mg test 11 weeks.

I did not use hcg (never have). Came off with 40/40/20/20 nolva after 2 weeks from last injection. Pct was inadequate I know.

    Numbers:
Test 437 (pre first cycle number at age 27 was 656)
    Lh 4.7
    Fsh 6.5
    Estrogen 16.6

    AST 32
    ALT 54

    Total cholesterol 223
    Hdl 43
    Ldl 156
    Triglycerides 120

My other numbers are in normal range.

    How do my numbers look?

When can I go back on?

Any tips on getting my cholesterol in check? I ordered some lipid stabil. I currently take fish oil, a mutli and started taking red yeast rice. I have not recently tested my BP but it was okay last time it was checked.

Start using hcg . No reason to not give yourself all the advantages possible.
Use clomid alongside nolva in the future. Improve your odds.
Total test on the lower end of normal. Not where we'd like but if free T is near the top of the range then it doesn't matter. I don't see a free t lab though...
LH/FSH are fine. This is where the hcg may have been prudent by keeping the testicals functioning possibly resulting in a better testicular response.
Estrogen is lower end but that follows your total T. Then again, if not a sensitive E2 assay it may not be accurate anyway.
    Liver values are just fine.

Work on diet a little more to get your total chol down and improve your LDL, which is high. RYR will help if the natural statins have not been removed.
HDL is pretty good! I'm surprised by this. Slo-Niacin or Endur-Acin can help here. NAC can too if dosed high enough.
Need to lower your triglycerides. You should be taking Fish Oil at about 2 grams per day of epa/dha combined. Lowering your Trig and upping your hdl reduces the risk of cardiac events. Next time you see a doc ask him about a non-statin.

Go back on whenever you like but the longer you stay off the better your odds of improving your chol and endogenous T values. May be worth holding off a little bit more and implementing some changes and pulling BW again in a few months. Be sure to pull Free T next time.
