    What labs do you use?

Just wondering what labs everyone uses to get the blood work from. I'm not going thru my doctor so there is that.

    Any suggestions would be great.

I went through my doctor. I was honest with him and he did the blood work for me and kept it confidential, as he his supposed to.
But around here we have Quest Diagnostics you can pay for.

Privatemdlabs. There's also discountedlabs, I believe. Shop around and always look for a discount code. There is usually a 10% off code floating around online if you look for it.
HoldMyBeer, EDCG19 and wood1011 like this.

^^^ There you go. The Couchman had done your legwork! I'd go with discounted labs.

I have used both of these and i prefer privatemdlabs, just feels good to save money on personal lab work.
Discountedlabs and a few others out there i have found are quite pricey and if you bundle a bunch of tests together you're breaking the bank every few months...

Copied and pasted this from a previous response of mine. It just elaborates on particulars of my situation that might or might not be relevant in yours.

Privatemdlabs is who I normally use but have used personalabs before as well. I've found that for my area, Private md is less expensive but you HAVE to use Labcorp. The Labcorp in my area is slow whether you have an appointment or are just walking in. Personalabs DOES allow me to use either Quest or Labcorp. There is a large Quest facility near me - they do the draws and the tests in this location. Usually even if I walk in at Quest, I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. Don't know if the sites are the same in all areas, just sharing what I know.

Depends on what information you need. If it's TRT related, you'll want to go more in depth and maybe consider the male hormone panel.

If it's cycle related, you may only want Total T, freeT, sensitive E2, CBC and CMP.

Total rookie question what is the different between it being TRT related or Cycle related?

You'll want to dig a little deeper when it comes to TRT. First find the cause of low T, then address it.

Here's a link to a really good reference regarding TRT.

If you’re on cycle make sure you get the right testosterone test. I forgot to do that before and had one come back before that just said “>1500”.
