Please a Doctor or an educated member: General Anaesthesia dangerous on Anavar ??

Hello guys,

Only for informational purpose I'ld like to know if cycling Var (80mgs per day) and in middle of cycling having an important operation done and so being made under anaesthesia would represent a life threatening issue ??

Thanks man I guess yes, Var has a life time of 8hrs right ? So it would be all right to just suspend cycling a day before ?

The surgeon should be able to answer that pretty concretely. I had hernia surgery last week, this is the complete list of meds they said must be stopped 5 days before surgery:

1. Aspirin
2. Coumadin or Warfarin
3. Plavix, Xarelto, Elliquis
4. Phenteremine or Phendimetrazine
5. Fish Oil

That last one surprised me and it was the only one I take. In fact, other than aspirin and fish oil, I don't even know what those are. I take Clomiphne 50mg 3x week and they did not say to stop it or my 2.5 mg / day cialis. And yes, I was under general for the procedure. I don't know if all surgeries have the same list of drugs, but the staff and / or surgeon are your best bets for definitive answers.

Stay on var at around 20mg daily, it will help recovery from surgery

Anavar will not matter for anesthesia nor have other complications during your operation.
Isn't having an operation in the middle of a cycle less than optimal?

Anavar is not a drug that can interact with central nervous system depressants like anaesthetics. Though you’ll have to suspend the cycle the day prior. This is because ingesting something before surgery is not allowed due to risk of aspiration. CNS depressants are known to cause nausea and vomiting, and aspirating in your own vomit is a the leading cause of opiate overdose related deaths.

The few tabs of pills will not aspirate like food will.
