Blast and cruz questions and advice please

40yr old
190 lbs
not crazy lean but above average
diet above average
on and off training for 20 yrs solid for the last 5 with short breaks over winter
several basic cycles
last cycle was a year ago eod for 12 weeks at: NPP .60
Tren Ace .25
Test Prop .75
And to add I stay on about 175mgs of test E year round

Ive been reading about blast and cruz which sounds like exactly what I want to do this summer. Id love to hear from the admins and experienced guys on what they've ran (as in compounds, doses, length etc) Thanx in advance for any replies!

175mg/wk year around is TRT. If TRT is what you're doing, you don't have to do any PCT. Go ahead run your cycle 2 times a year of 3 times every 3 years and you should be golden.
