Looking for some cycle advice/options
40yr old
190lbs
5-9"
175mgs a week test year round
Several cycles
last cycle was last year:
NPP .60 eod
Test P. .75 eod
Tren Ace .25 eod
I felt good and got decent results on this cycle and ran it for about 12 weeks. It was my first time with npp but have used tren several times and always test. I plan on starting a cycle in a couple weeks and just wanted some advice on other compounds and what you guys thought about doses? I know they are on the lower side but I love not having side effects plus that's really my sweet spot with tren, any more and I get really aggressive. Ive never ran stuff like mast or winny or eq, but my body fat isn't crazy low so Im not sure if Id benefit? Anyways any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Also I do have HGH on hand and plan on running 4ius a day for 5 days a week, and total for 6 months so any advice on that would be great also.Last edited by rvannjr; 03-13-2019 at 03:01 PM.

You would be better off waiting to afford HGH 7 days a week for 6 months or run a smaller dose for longer or wait for more financials to run it for longer.
Do you mean 60/75/25mg or mL ? Because if it's mL we don't know what your gear is dosaged at.
What are you short term and long term goals?
What's your body fat % ?

It was mg on my cycle, I can afford running HG for 7 days (and Im not opposed) but have read and heard from many people that taking two days a week off is good for you. Body fat hasn't been tested in a while but knowing my body I can guess its around 15- 20% at the moment. I slack off diet a lil bit during winter. Now Im getting back into diet mode so my standard day is protein shake, 1 cup oatmeal with fruit then about a cup of ground turkey, 1/2 cup white rice and cup of vegetables every 3 hours. Always a protein shake after workout. On a good day Ill throw in a couple more protein shakes.

5 on 2 off is specifically for budget. There's no "benefit" to being off for 2 days aside from the wallet. I believe Dr Rand (doctor who monitored Jay Cutler) has an article or video on the topic.
15 and 20% are drastically different physiques so step 1 is accurately determine body fat and building an optimal nutriton program. Chugging protein shakes =\= good diet. I would head to the diet section and brush up on the fundamentals, improve the diet, get some baseline bloodwork done then go from there in terms of cycling
Longer HGH use can cause insulin sensitivity (translating eventually to diabetes) so if you have never used it before important to read the educational threads and understand the ins and outs, especially with the wrong carbs and skipping insulinI no longer check my inbox. Ok well thanx for not answering a single question I asked about the cycle and instead trying to make me seem uninformed. Obviously there's a difference between 15 and 20% body fat, but a honest guess would put me in the middle of that, there is no need to have it tested because as I stated in my question I tend to slack off in winter on my diet. Eating 7 meals a day and throwing in a few shakes isn't "chugging shakes" I'm well informed on the fundamentals of diets (which is why I didn't ask about it) I asked specific questions to the areas that I don't know everything on. It truly is sad that some guys on here think its cool to just talk shit instead of answering simple questions.

If you feel insulted by receiving feedback, like correcting you on HGH use, then you need thicker skin. Would you prefer someone to tell you that you are doing HGH perfectly and have you waste your time and money?
When people put a decimal in front of a number for gear it's universally understand as a unit of volume, not a dose unless otherwise specified (which you didn't).
I provided resources to help you with HGH as you made no mention of adding Insulin on.
Different compounds have different benefits, hence asking what your goals are. When you only include 90% of the information, your going to get follow up questions instead a direct answer. This is not questioning your knowledge or capabilities but so anyone can give you the most accurate information based on your situation because everyone is different.
HGH is the most expensive part of your laid out cycle - and the area I have the most experience with. You already stated that Tren is already at your sweet spot so there's no advantage to advising a different dose. You also like keeping doses low to avoid side effects which is a good plan to have. I don't use EQ or Masteron which is why no feedback was provided on those compounds.
