Help planing 3rd Cycle (short summer cycle)

Hello guys,

This will be my 3rd cycle im off any drug about 2 years, first i use only test E, and second i use test E + Winstrol with hcg and serms pct.

This time i want to try short esters, and do a 2 months cycle before summer and holidays, im 175cm and 82kg about 12% BF,

What you think about this stack:

1-8 Test Prop 100MG EOD
1-8 Masteron 100MG EOD
3-8 Winstrol or Anavar 50MG ED
1-8 HCG 250UI 2x Week
1-8 0.25MG Anastrozole EOD

PCT 4 days? after last shot

Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

With Masteron and low testosterone dosage you could possibly get away with no AI usage or very little. Are you estrogen sensitive?

What's your goal with this cycle? looking at the compounds, I'm assuming you want to stay as dry as possible, but still put on size? So a "clean bulk" more or less?

yes my goal is put some size dry possible and reduce & body fat a little (diet help), i dont know if i am sensitive on estrogen in my 2 cycles i always use anastrozole EOD at 0.25MG and my E2 levels are in good range with that amount of AI, but i can try not use AI this time or take 0.25mg only in the days of HCG or before what you think?

i would like to use clen or ECA stack or other fat burner in the last 4 weeks to help me get lean as possible what you think about that to? diet and cardio/training is on point.

are you on TRT ? maintaining normal range of estrogen makes sense when your on TRT and your purposely trying to keep everything in normal ranges.. but when your blasting a cycle where your androgen levels are going to be going way way above normal ranges, it makes sense that estrogen can also go up and not need to be stuck in "normal" range.
besides, estrogen sensitizes androgen receptors to androgens, estrogen becomes super anabolic in the presence of elevated androgens, estrogen plays a role in the fat burning process (even though it can promote a bit of water retention), estrogen helps keep normal levels of HDL cholesterol especially when your running orals like winstrol that may negative impact your lipids, estrogen helps in hepatic output of IGF.
all of the above being pretty important for muscle building..

again, does not make a lot of sense to keep estrogen in low or "normal" ranges when on cycle when the goal is to build muscle.

your not running much test anyhow so unlikely your estrogen too get extremely high. plus Masteron has some anti estrogenic properties at the receptor level that helps mitigate some of the negative effects from estrogen (so you limit the negatives but still get the positives)

nop im not on TRT im 26 years (yes i start roids on 23 years old, i train about 10 years), my levels of test without roids are very good, i have no problems at this point, so i think i will try this cycle without AI i agree with you, i know tren is the better drug instead masteron for my goal but i dont want to try tren, so i think masteron is the drug.

Masteon is a great drug, and Winstrol is a great addition to your cycle at the end there. I think you have a good plan

I have a slightly different approach.

so I'm not a fan of using an AI on cycle for a cycle like this.. but I will add it in at the tail end the last week of the cycle and the week going into pct. just to keep aromatization down the last week as test begins to clear. this will create lower serum levels of Estrogen which will help restart the hpta to want to produce natty test (also high estrogen is suppressive).

so. I would do a whole week from your last pin to the start of PCT. I would run HCG and an AI that week. I would also run the Winstol that week too.. this is going to provide a bit of an anti estrogen and anti cortisol phase just before going into pct. which will help with recovery.

so you stop test prop and mast at week 8. but you keep running the hcg, ai, and winny, up to week 9 then PCT starts
