    Next planned cycle.

    Will be my 3rd.
I cruise with 350mg of Test cyp per week.

My plan for my upcoming is as follows:

    Testoterone Prop 100mg EOD 1-12
    Tren Ace 50mg EOD 1-12
    Winstrol 100mg (injectable) EOD 7-12.

Then going back to my TRT dose but will most likely drop it down to 200mg every Friday.

Im happy with my size but bigger is always an option. Hoping to define what i have for the warmer months ahead. I know you need to add in fish oil to keep tendons from drying out while on winny but is anything else advisable?

Also since cruising with TRT am i correct in thinking that i do not need a PCT? Have adex on hand for estrogen sides and also will be taking B6 to hopefully control prolactin levels from Tren .
The last time i used Tren i had horrible sexual sides. Either couldn't maintain an erection or could never climax. The wife and I were not very pleased but i just wanted to snatch her throat out (a joke....). I did seem to be very short with people and easlily irritable. Was manageable though as I would go to the gym and exhaust that aggression.

the reason your joints get achy when taking Winstrol is not because they "dry out" per se.. winstrol is a very effective cortisol blocker. Cortisol acts as a natural anti inflammatory in the body. when you block cortisol things like joints can get inflamed and achy.

fish oil can help because it has anti inflammatory properties (omega 6 can have the opposite effect though and cause more inflammation).. so be sure to check what your buying

if you have negative sexual sides with Tren , adding Masteron to this stack can be beneficial as it has progestin blunting effects, and will also free up a bit more DHT to counter those sides

GS+CS+MSM would add to joint health provided its started well in advance.

You will need to do some research on a quality fish oil. If it has a poor 3:6:9 ratio, oxidized, or poor fish derivative it can cause more problems then it solves.

Vitamin B6 isn't the right choice for prolactin control - you need Praim or Caber on hand. should be used retroactively not proactively.

When u use mod to high s23 doses u migth feel dried out. Sarmsguru Seth suggests high doses of magnesium to work around it. I tried and it helped.

Vitamin b6 in the active form, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate, dosed at 100mg/day has a VERY close reduction level of Prolactin compared to that of Caber.

    here's the study: https://www.researchgate.net/publica...to_cabergoline

The study you linked has women not men.

The study you linked also doesn't have enhanced patients or specify whether or not they are even athletic.

It also looks like it was made by someone in high school. There's mismatched formatting, spelling mistakes, grammar and lack of syntax.

The women also used 1mg of Caber from day one which is a high dose for OP relative to his proposed cycle and as I mentioned earlier Caber can be used retroactively rather than from Day 1 before Tren has even kicked in and unknown which side effects to be had.

If that person tried to submit that study to NLM or NIH they would get chewed.

Dostinex also does more than just lower prolactin.

its unlikely the OP is going to have to worry about controlling prolactin levels with 175mg of tren per week .

OP - personally I think you'd get better results running Tren at a bit higher dosage for a shorter duration and then being able to add in another compound to compensate.
    example
    week 1-8 - Tren a 350mg
    week 6-12 NPP 350mg

    Masteron would also be spicy
