Third Cycle - New Compounds

Hey guys, been reading on this forum for quite a while (3years or so..). Very impressed by the level of honesty and knowledge.

Anyways I’m about to start my third cycle, consisting of...

Compounds
Week1-12 Test E/500mg/week
Week1-4 DBol/??mg/day
Week1-8 NPP/400mg/week
Week8-12 Anavar/50mg/day

Ancillaries
Aromasin 12.5/day
Nolvadex ???/day

Pct is standard Nolva clomid combo.

I am a little bit oestrogen sensitive. So the reason for this post among critiques and reviews is I’m not sure if I should run a small dose of Nolva or not?....

I know I’m gonna get asked so my first two cycles were test only at 500mgs/week and second was 750/week. Made great gains on both. Like 27lbs gains. Unfortunately, as I went into pct for second cycle I got hit with pneumonia and bronchitis. It kicked my ass for over a month so needless to say I lost all my gains. So now I’m back to 176lbs. Last year I started cycling at 163lbs.
Im pretty lean so id guess around 12-16% body fat. Oh yes!, I did run Masteron at the end of my last cycle and it made me look awesome.

I went for blood work about month ago, bloods are normal. I made full recovery from last cycle.

Whats the goal for this cycle? Age? Height? I see u weigh 176lbs so if you are on the taller side id say run a bulk and pack on some mass you lost during your illness. Run nolva at 10mg/day during the cycle to prevent gyno. Dont bother with the aromasin until you feel estrogen sides (emotional, bloated, swollen ankles, basically pregnant). Estrogen is good for bulking unless you are very gyno prone/estrogen sensitive. In which case you shouldnt be messing with dbol anyway, but i dont think thats the case here if you ran 750mg of test sucessfully.

Using an oral for the full cycle is alot of demand on your liver. Just pick 1 oral and run it for 6 weeks, or just use dbol and taper it over 8 weeks. I cant remember what dosages i ran of dbol last. It was alot i think, like 80mg at one point.

Goals are pretty much to feel awesome while hittin the weights and definitely bulk up. I’m 31years old 5ft11inches. I’m not looking to turn into a water balloon but my diet is pretty awesome so hopefully that’ll help with the water retention also.
Ok so I’ll run the Nolva to start like you suggested and get bloods done at like week 6-8. I keep reading about running Dbol 4 weeks max and to stay below 50mg/day but of coarse some people are more tolerant. I was thinking the anavar would harden me up a bit at the end. Maybe I’ll leave the Dbol for another cycle and just run anavar at the end??

Your logic is good its just alot of stress on the liver to do 12 weeks straight of orals. Dbol is really one of those COMMIT TO THE BULK drugs. It works amazing, but it can make you lose alot of striations. However the mental affects of dbol are awesome. It was used as an anti depressant back in the day.

If you want to stay dry and still add some
Keepable mass, go with the var. the npp will be “wet” enough to keep you full. You can either jump start the cycle with the var, or do as you said and use it to tighten up at the end. I would do the jump start method. Var adds tons of strength and crazy pumps which is great while your waiting for the injectables to hit. Diet will really determine how hard you are at the end of the cycle. You can run var pretty long. I dont personally advise it, but plenty of guys will run it for 10+ weeks.

Man thanks for the info. Hmmm I’m so torn now. I might just commit to the bulk and run the dbol. What if I stretch out the cycle to like 14 weeks? Only run dbol first 4 weeks and not start the Var till week 10?
If not then I might just run the Var from the start like you suggested.

The Problem with the classic 4 week dbol kickstart is that its not long enough to acclimate to the gains. You end up putting on tons of water weight and then just peeing it out when you stop. Lets say you want to do 60mg of dbol. Structure it like this:

Week 1 30mg
Week 2 40mg
Week 3 60mg
Week 4 60mg
Week 5 40mg
Week 6 30mg
Week 7 20mg
Week 8 20mg

This is a better way to hang onto dbol gains and the lower dosages at the end usually wont be enough to cause any sort of liver damage despite the 8 week term. This is gearhead’s protocol for dbol so i take zero credit and im just telling you what he told me. It works, i did it. My dosages were different but the concept remains.

Or run the var. either way bud, you really cant go wrong. Anavar is probably the most amazing oral steroid ever produced due to its use by athletes AND doctors prescribing it. You wont have to taper the var dose.

If you are in fact estrogen sensitive that you determined objectively (not subjectively from feel) then Anavar would be a better choice than dbol imo.

I don't understand going from just test to 4 different compounds. You are going to hard time determining which drug you are responding well to and which drug you aren't.

I don't see HCG in your proposed program

I’m gonna give the Dbol a try. I’m not like SUPER e2 sensitive. I was able to manage it. I know it’s not advised to run a bunch of compounds, I just feel up to it so I’m gonna give it a go. I might run Masteron at the end of this blast instead of anavar and keep anavar for my next blast. Still deciding. As far as the HcG goes, I’m an HcG right before PCT guy, so I do have some on hand for later. I never used it my last two cycles and recovered well. I understand this cycle will shit me down harder but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.

It has nothing to do with shut down. What you are not understanding is if you run into any side effects - you won't know if it's because of the dbol, npp, or anavar because you only have used testosterone in the past. On the flip side, if you have success, you wont know which compound to attribute it to.

You are willing to replace your natural testosterone production with exogenous via gear, but you aren't willing to replace two other hormones (FSH and LH). Doesn't follow much logic.

All good points. Definitely taking everything into consideration. Thanks for the input.

Run hcg at 250iu twice a week for a total of 500iu. There is a host of benefits to hcg use. Besides the fact that it keeps your balls from going on a raisin golf ball roller coaster. I know hcg at pct was always the common method, but its just prehistoric and disproven at this point.

Also dont bother with mast at the end. Save it for your next cycle. If you really feel like you need to shed fat at the end you could experiment with t3 but i dont think you need to do that.

Thanks Octane. I’ll get my hands on some more HcG to last me the entire cycle. Definitely won’t mess with t3 yet.
