    Honestly, time.
I had the worst acne when I was a kid! I still get the odd spots!!! But left with the scars.
I went to a specialist in my 20s to talk about laser treatment. They told me to wait and see how they naturally heal.

Now basically 30, I couldn’t tell you wheather they have changed a lot or if just over time I’m not as bothered.

I’m pretty sure there isn’t a cream that will heal your scars. There might be creams that claim they can but I doubt they can.

I’ll keep an eye on your thread to see if anyone can help maybe I will use too.

How old are you? That acutane is a bitch expecially in the summer! I know a few creams for helping get rid of spots and helping with dry lips/skin/nostrils if they still drying out.

    There's a few different variables at play;
    - how deep the scars are (ie how many levels deep of the skin are effected)
    - condition/health of skin
    - size of scars

You'd wanna connect with a dermatologist for proper medical intervention. They are gonna be best equipped to know the scope of your situation. Recommending a random over the counter product or pharmaceutical isn't going to be helpful to your situation.

Technically, there is cosmetic surgery available but you are talking thousands of dollars to hide some scar tissue.

    Here's few tips.

Don't take hot bath or shower room temp will help skin restore it's elasticity.
It's the hot chlorinated water that you want to avoid.

    Exfoliate the scars.

    Use Palmer's stretch marks cream.

It's the hot chlorine that destroys elasticity.

Not cold but not super hot

    Also I collegen supplements.

Stay out of tanning beds. While tanning or sun light may help active acne. It does opposite for helping scars to heal.

Love palmers, shit is great... Consistency of wax though. I guess you could go to a skin rejuvenation center. The kind that do laser treatments. It causes some change, but its nowhere near 100%. Could help though. I know a few guys who've done it, and I'll admit it does look better, but i think it was spendy (dont know how much) and tooke multiple, fairly uncomfortable treatments.

I've been using TCA peels from Platinum. They work quite well, some are stronger than others so you have to check to see what will work for you. Maybe a 30% TCA peel for spots on your back. Do research before you use it...
