First cycle for my wife..trying to firm up and cut..any ideas?
I am looking for a first cycle suggestion for my wife. While I am comfortable planning out my own from previous experience, I am unfamiliar with what would work best for her and her goals. She is about 5'5 and around 155lbs currently. When we met she was around the 115 120lbs level and would like to get back there with some real muscle tone and definition. Is there a good suggestion for first time, and wanting to obviously weight train, cardio and diet that would be most beneficial? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
