6'2 258lbs at 16-17% bodyfat is fucking maxed out natty; unless you got fucking BBC genetics. If this guy is talking about gear; then no, but someone whos that natty is like someone who is 5'6 205 16-17% natty which is pretty maxed out; I have seen some dudes natty at like 220lbs at 5'6 around 17% bodyfat, but those are some dudes in prison that got them BBC genetics.

German genetics is where it's at, no BBC has shit on markus ruhl!
Makes sense. A few million years of running from predators, having to survive harsh conditions, warring with other tribes, natural selection of only the strongest on the ships over to America, and then selective breeding of only the strongest for 400 years. And here we have Ronnie Coleman.
Whites had to survive harsh winters, which natural selection lead to those who can hold on to fat more, with a thicker waist to maintain heat. Shorter limbs for strength in the field and also to maintain heat.
About 10 years ago there were 4 football players who were stranded out at sea on a capsized boat. 3 were black, 1 was white. The black guys were all jacked, low body fat, etc. The white guy was average looking, nothing too crazy. He's the only one that survived. The others died of hypothermia and exhaustion. Sometimes it pays to be black, sometimes it pays to be white.
Sorry to derail..
yup skin color has alot to do with genetic; hence why every race has certain qualities and characteristics. Look at the NFL; majority of the people in it are african american or polynesian, and that sport itself has the most genetically gifted people in the country. even bodybuilding; reason why the most dominant mr olympians are black; also look at Larry Wheels for example; yes kid is on gear but literallly one of the strongest people in the world. Genetics and race have everything to do with each other; like Test Monst said; years of breeding slaves in the Americas has proved this. I know guys who are naturally who probably look way better than majority of gear users on forums; but guess what its cause they are just genetically gifted. Kai Greene another example of someone who had an insane physique before he went on gear.
go to the Arnold Classic and walk around the expo.. most the people in the fitness community are white. yet go to bodybuilding show itself and most the guys finishing top 10 are black (that tells you something). then go over to the Strongman competition, and everyone of those competitors is white.
again the fitness community at large is made up of mostly white people. yet the black people (who are a lot smaller percentage in the community) end up in the top 10 quite often on stage . cause they have great genetics for bodybuilding. if you only looked at it by numbers, being white people make up a larger percentage of the fitness community then they'd dominate the top 10 at shows. they don't..
but not a single black guys is even competing in the strongman competition. cause fair skinned northerners generally have great genetics for strength. different races have different genetics and strong and weak points.
its pretty obvious just from casual observation. don't need any science on genetic make up here

Race effects genetics absolutely, the colour of someone's skin is just a degree of melanin saturation.

sure.. but he was thinking from a very surface level and it was probably clear to most people reading that when he was talking about 'skin color' he was actually speaking about a race of people and the overall genetics of that 'race' (not about how much pigmentation or melanin someone has in their skin.. he probably didn't have that in mind when he used the term "bbc genetics'').
Norther europeans have particularly amazing muscle and strwngth genetics.
But anyone bred and paired selectively to the bigger stronger of their race over many generations will be the top.
Lmao! Love how we get from one place to the next on these forums!
