Gear seized by customs

I recently ordered some gear to be delivered to United States but it was seized by customs. I got a letter in the mail from customs. The letter explained several things and it also went on to say that future attempts to import controlled substances may result in penalties or criminal prosecution.
Is this something I should be worried about? Am I on a government list now? Are they gonna tap my phone and watch me like a hawk?

Has anyone in America had a real legal problem arise after having gear seized by customs? What if it’s a second or third time getting seized? At some point do they show up at your house asking questions, maybe with a search warrant?

I believe someone was saying that they don't keep a list and you can reorder no problems, but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm also curious about this. I would say to try ordering from a European source instead of China/Middle East, or domestic if you can.

This source usually ships out of Ukraine according to my tracking numbers. This time it it shipped from Bulgaria. I ordered something I had never ordered before. Maybe that’s why.
My friend ordered from the same source around that time. His shipped from Bulgaria too and his package hasn’t moved in a few weeks also. Both of ours were stuck in Chicago for weeks. I bet he’s gonna get a letter from customs any day now too.

Try ordering from England. Bulgaria is the most corrupt country in Europe, they probably track what comes from there.

Get a P.o. box and order domestically. No need to order internationally.

I had a package with only 3 vials of test seized 2 weeks ago in CA customs. It was coming in from China and going to the east coast via CA.

Just posted a similar post. Ironic - my two packages from Bulgaria got pinched in Chicago too, but the one from Romania made it through.

I had 3 packages. The 2 that shipped from Ukraine made it. Only the one from Bulgaria got hit. Same for my friend. They must be watching Bulgaria close right now.

No way unless u ordered like 200 vials and 10k orals.
The government knows it was personal they are not going to waste there time on that.
The prison are already filled with more solid criminals.

I get 30 to 40 a month over seas last 5 years never had 1 seized.

The package that was siezed was 10 vials of Primo and about 400 Proviron 50mg each. Usually this source splits up an order like that into 3 packages. Not sure why they didn’t this time.
I always have more than 25 vials on hand of various things. I can’t find a decent price unless I buy at least 10 bottles at a time.

I never had one seized until I ordered a bunch of primo international. Feds must like primo.

A good reason to visit Jamaica.

They are paranoid in Jamaica. I was there with my lady, and i got stuck shitting after too much breakfast at the airport, so she went through the gate first. i was about four minutes behind her, so it looked like I was travelling alone I guess.

As I enter the accordian covered hallway ramp between the gate agent and the door of the plane, i am in there out of sight from anyone in the airport. Some big strong looking female in plain clothes pops up alone out of nowhere and physically grabs me says "Jamaica Constabulary Force, i need to search you" and she does a thorough pat down all over, grabbing my dick and balls hard. She wouldnt have missed anything if i had anything hidden there. She looked through my carry-on bag also. Ran her hand all through my hair. After finding nothing, she just said "thank you" and went back to hide in her little blind corner.

Strange getting grabbed and searched by a female cop. They are probably looking for single male travelers trying to bring weed back from Jamaica to the US.
