What do you change going into PCT?

I’ve read a lot and it seems very different person to person.
I was just wondering how do you guys go into pct.

Do you change they way you train, eat, cardio etc.
Is there any supps you start to take?
Do you change nothing?

Just want to hear how you do and what’s the best practices really.

I change nothing... at first. I still eat and train the same. As the days pass by however, I find my body begins to change, so I change with it. For example, I usually do a bit more volume when I'm on a cycle. When its over, as the weeks pass, I find my elbows start to hurt, or I cant move quite the same weight, or I don't recover as well, or I'm getting pudgy. When I notice those things, I make SMALL changes to adapt. I do the same thing when I start a cycle.... up my calories a little, push my physical limits up a little, etc. Listen to your body.

I think one factor why people are unhappy with their cycles is that they go on cycle, start a brand new program, and add 2000 more calories to their diet. The day after their last injection, they drop right back down to what they were doing pre-cycle, and they eat like shit.

Pick a goal, make small, necessary, incremental changes, and be consistent.... its so simple we feel that it can't possibly work. but it does.
