    Shbg

    I'm running 133mg primo e / week
    +
    50mg var / day

    Plus TrT

Apparently both var and primo lower shbg, should I not be running both (as to not tank shbg)?

I think it be will fine - just do bloodwork to validate. Worst case scenario you can tweak the Anavar and Test dosage. Alternatively, you may benefit from other compounds and/or supplements to optimize HRT without having to adjust current dosages.

having lower SHBG levels while supplementing with exogenous hormones (test, dht, estrogen .. all things that SHBG binds up) is not that big a deal . its a bigger issue when your depending on natural hormone production. but being your giving your body a supply of these hormones every week from a needle and bottle,, the need for SHBG to bind and hold onto these hormones for later use is not that important.

of course if your super sensitive to DHT, having too low SHBG can raise DHT levels (being DHT is bound up by SHBG at about a 20x greater rate then other hormones).

the benefit of lower SHBG is having a bit more 'free test' in the blood stream readily available . but again that comes with a bunch more DHT as well.

this is also why DHT derived drugs, like Primo, Var, Mast , etc.. have DHT based side effects . NOT because they are derived from DHT (being derived from DHT means they are already 5 alpha reductase reduced and can no longer convert to DHT). they are 'derived' from DHT and thus are no longer DHT and not able to convert to it in the body. the DHT side effects they give are from their ability to lower SHBG, and thats what is increasing DHT and causing DHT sides (its indirect)
