    Quick pct question

    Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

Do I have to split my daily doses or can I take it all at once?
For example Clomid @ 37.5 & Nolva @ 20 in the am and then again in the pm...
Or just do the whole 75 and 40 at once... thanks

Either will work fine. Its often easier and more convenient to just do one dose.

It could last until your hormonal homeostasis will stabilized. In PCT there's often a mess inside your body. You have just to wait and continue and re-test with blood work you values one month after you have stopped your PCT.
You will come back as "normal"... almost normal
