Low hemoglobin?
just donated blood and my hemoglobin was 13.1%. whats the best way ro get this up a bit?

my mother in law was 4.9 over the weekend.
yes she is still in hospital

Anadrol should elevate it faster then anything else, but still takes a bit of time to build up

Take iron, potassium and B12 intramuscular injections ( 2500-5000mcg/week ). AAS deplete iron, b12 and potassium ( especially iron ) and it is fundamental to produce red blood cells and increasing hemoglobin. If there's a lack of these elements, increasing hemoglobin could be hard, even if you're continuing using AAS which promote red blood cells buildup.
