    Sweat

Do any of you sweat as bad as I do?

Since I was a kid I would be drenched from any physical activity in a short amount of time. I remember playing sports outside with my cousins and being soaked (mainly my head and upper body). I would come home and drink A LOT of water.

To this day I sweat like a mofo, and I don't know why. I tend to hold a lot of water in general. One day of eating poorly and I look like the Michelin man. I wonder if there is a connection between the water retention and excessive sweating during exercise. I don't sweat more than the average person except during physical activity. It's great during sex.

    I joke.

But seriously, I'm at the point where I'm about to research some methods/supplements to reduce my water retention. It's probably also related to why I have had high blood pressure all my life. I love the way I look after a long day of sweating and not drinking much water. My face and body look more defined.

Maybe some of you can relate... I hope some of you can relate It's just something I've always had and who better to ask than the fellow enhanced gym community.

I had a friend that was like this.

    Always sweating.

I'd show him a gun, there's be moisture on it. I didn't realize it till 3 days later there was surface rust shaped like his hand print on the untreated parts like barrel hood.

He to this day sweats like that

I sweat like a crazy person. Luckily I don’t get pit sweats, but if I wear a baseball hat, it’ll have a salt ring around it in seconds flat. Summer is brutal and even in the dead of winter I don’t sleep with a comforter. I just run hot and sweat like a maniac. Running Tren is fucking painful and sweaty

Lol damn bro, I don't sweat that bad. My hands are always dry if anything. It's mostly my head and under my man titties and only during exercise or physical exertion.

That sounds exactly like me. I don't really sweat under my armpits unless I'm flying or something. I also don't sleep with a comforter. I have a light blanket I use year round. When people sit where I just sat, they're like "dude the chair is literally hot."

Check your Vitamin D levels and upgrade to better hygiene products. Sweating problem solved.99% of hygiene products you buy off the shelf are useless and can cause bodily harm long term. A shitty deodorant and antiperspirant can actually make me people sweat more (ironically).

In some people when Vitamin D3 is too low it can't properly regulate immune function. So the body overcompensates by adjusting core temperature with sweating and heat being the by product.

Not discounting your theory or suggestions, but there are genetic factors at play involving your autonomic nervous system, circulatory system, your hypothalamus function, thyroid function, age, gender, body fat %, body size and muscle mass as well as your activity level. When you start running into multiple factors, it can be a recipe for “running hot” and sweating. There is definitely a disease and vitamin deficiency component as well, but I’ve run so hot for so long I had to get tested and this was all quoted back to me by my physician. There really is a genetic makeup to it and some people are just naturally predisposed, I am one of those people unfortunately. I’m hot when it’s 60 degrees out. Flip side I’m like a furnace in the winter for my wife

It's really weird how it works, alot of it is anxiety based for sure. If I dont put any food I dont tolerate well in my body that flat out makes me sweat way less. Not as simple as purely heat dissipation. For me personally I sweat more without wearing wrist/forearm protection than if I do which if we are gonna talk purely heat loss then it doesn't make sense but not only do I feel way better with the wrapping on but I sweat way less in parts of my body that aren't even being worked out. Also if I am walking on a cold floor barefoot I sweat out my armpits , definitely anxiety based

And also sweat really doesn't smell bad by itself since it's basically just saltwater , if you smell bad it could be from a variety of factors, probably a combo of the clothing material not playing well with the sweat alongside eating shitty food. Personally a "bad smell" in my experience really only comes from really unhealthy or toxic things in general, dirt grass etc don't have that smell but holy fuck does new mulch have it..

Don't take clen or tren if you are worried about sweating lol. The anxiety combined with the insane clen temp increase results in insane sweat. Just workout at home if some turds at the gym that go there to stare at their phones complain you're sweating tbh

There's a 101 studies that show Parabens, DEA, Synthetic Sulfates, Aluminum derivatives, and so on all cause construction of sweat glands and skin ducts. This builds up when they "wear off" (ie deodorant only lasts a couple hours) you get all this sweat that couldn't be properly titrated out of the body.

Up to 40% of the contents of hygiene products you put on your skin absorb into the body.

The reality is most people buy bad products off the shelf and don't realize it.

Shitty sunscreen at walmart causes skin cancer instead of prevents it.

I remember reading an article years ago that stated the number of sweat glands a person has is largely dependent upon what kind of climates they were in the first year or so of age. If this were true I would think it to be a very good thing to have more sweat glands than less.
