Excessive amount of Arimidex. No reason to have half the test dose for only the first two weeks.
What does your exact diet look like - meals, quantities, macro and micro breakdown? 71kg is an indication something is missing in your program.
If your stuck at that weight now steroids are not going to help you get bigger.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

- Not enough calories for growth
- Too many liquid calories
- Soy is very bad for men, it's basically estrogen.
- Should be aiming for vegetables in every meal
- Not enough fat, and no eggs (if you are allowed to eat). Need more saturated fat.
- Almost your entire diet is from processed food.
- Missing sodium and magnesium for electrolytes.
- Lots of empty calories from bread
Not trying to be harsh but would focus heavily on improving diet before considering cycling.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

It's not easy to receive nutrition criticism. I thought my diet was good when I started and when I posted it up I realized how wrong it is.
Calories are not all the same. Liquid calories whether it's from shakes, whey, smoothies, etc are already predigested. You are training your gut to reduce digestion. When you go to add more food in the future you are going to struggle because you've trained your body to predominantly drink calories instead of eat them.
If you feel calories are all the same then eat snickers bars and drink protein shakes and see how you feel / look.
If you don't want to take the feedback that's your prerogative. The reality is your diet is very poor and steroids are not going to help you until you fix it.
Good luck on your journey.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

To answer your actual question: run HCG thru entire cycle. 250 twice per week. Stop for PCT

Terrible diet altogether. May I ask why you choose to be vegetarian? It will always be a huge handicap to getting results.

Holy shit man that is like one of the most F d up diet I've ever seen. Do you really eat a loaf of bread, bag of milk and block of cheese a day?
For a vegetarian do you even eat any vegetables!?
You need some serious help with your diet bro. I can't help you unfortunately because I have never been vegetarian and meat is key in my diet but definitely advise you to work on it.Last edited by DeeCee112; 05-14-2019 at 12:27 PM.

Nobody mentioned that this guy looks like he never trained a day in his life? I was bigger than this dude at age 12.

Just because one person can be vegan and make it work doesn’t change the fact it is a handicap.

I don’t know why everyone’s being a dick to this guy. There’s a nice way to give advice and simply say where you think his opportunities are and offer advice to help him.
Just cutting a guy down and not telling him anything other than how he looks like crap and his diet sucks isn’t gonna help him.
We all started somewhere. Maybe you were a big 12yr old but so what. Don’t be such dicks

Aww thank you man I appreciate the compliment.
And I agree why is everyone being so mean to this person.
They haven't been a dick once to anyone and they are looking for help.
It's not necessary.
Glad you brought that up family. Thank you !

It's not brutal honesty if you are just bashing him.
You are mocking him and his character for what ?
You can be honest and brutal without putting someone down.
Reality in itself is harsh, wanting to him someone isn't about tearing them down but informing them that they may want to change things here and there and see if it works.
And I challenge anyone to say a vegan can't grow.
I put on 20 pounds of pure mass on this cycle in a good month.
You just have to eat.
Windex you are some sort of mod,
You should be setting an example for the vets and newbs to show that this is the place to come to and not just another bullshit forum full of fuck tart meat heads that post pics of their wife's asshole open for the world to see.
In my opinion your attitude most of the time sets a bad example.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but I am 1/2 way through a cycle so that may be affecting my temper. I just saw the OP's post - listed no training history or diet, and then his pic, which honestly looks like he doesn't train. I can't sugar coat that. I don't think it's right to be asking for cycle advice if you don't take training seriously. I mean if I started my cycle and I looked like I just hopped off a skateboard, I don't know what I would do with myself. I read through the thread and didn't see any previous training experience listed. So, judging by his physique, I assume he doesn't have much. No goals listed either. Would a doctor write a script to someone who just presents a picture and list of medications he wants to take? I think people giving him advice are wrong, because the guy, even if he gets big, will have a body built on steroids . He might not even know how to lift for all we know.

Pretend your on cycle for 15 weeks. Eat, train, sleep like youre dedicated.
Your beginner gains will actually be more than a premature steroid cycle will produce.
That is if you buckle down and bust ass.
Then if you can be fully dedicated to the lifestyle. Start gear in 12 months if you must.

I was really just using vegan as short hand for vegetarian. I know there’s all kinds of different types of non meat eaters...

I think it will be much more accepted from the positive side of things. When I first started competing, if I had someone providing “the brutal truth” like you, I would have quit. I had people all around me being positive and saying.. OK- we will work on this to bring it up, etc.
I look back at my first contest ( which was all natural) and I look like I had aids. LOL.
It was the positive people around me that was helping, not the negative “brutal truth” people.
Remember, people come here for help. If we are negative toward them, they may be afraid to post from being picked on.

Eat a dick windex.
Eat many dicks.
Brutal truth.
Shove it up your ass windex.
Before you post... Think, "Should I shove this up my ass?"
Fuck yes.
You should shove it up your ass.
3000 posts never a compliment to anyone.
Eat them dicks and shove those posts up your ass.
Fuck life in general and fuck you second most.
Fuck it all.
I am leaving the board for a time. If I come back I hope windex disappears in that time.

I never said a vegan can’t grow but it’s a handicap period. Not saying someone can’t do well but that same person could do better with meat. Secondly if you travel or can’t prepare meals being vegan certainly would be difficult to get optimum nutrition compared to being unrestricted in diet choices.
Ruthless compassion to the op it’s true you physically have not trained your body and are not ready at this point. There is so much to learn about diet and training. Don’t dispare it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Let's not sugar coat this too much.
The guy literally eats a loaf of bread, block of cheese and 3 litres of milk a day, throws a couple shakes in and weighs a very low amount for his height, with absolutely no muscle base suggesting as testmonsterone said although a little harshly that he has not put in the work and wants to jump into a cycle foolishly.
On this this I'm with Windex and didn't find his advice to be overly negative for this situation as there isn't anything positive to say about this guy jumping on a cycle at 26 in his state. It's called being too lazy or uneducated to put in the fucking work and wanting steroids to do it for you and there's no two ways about it. You can't tell me he's been working out 4 to 5 days a week and eating properly for at least a couple years. Your going to advise him to go ahead Goodluck bro hope the best?!? Hey throw some dbol in there cuz why not and you can end up like every other misguided 20 something yr old wanting to get big fast without the work: injured, fucked up hpta, bigger for a few months and then back in their xsmall Tshirts.
It can't be sunshine and rainbows for everyone. Oh hey yeah buddy cycle looks good maybe throw some tren in there cuz why not!?! No. The diet and 100% training g protocol I don't even need to see it is incredibly bad, well help you but you need to acknowledge and listen and maybe take a few shots from a couple guys. Big deal if you can't take that you shouldn't take steroids, this is a man's game is it not?
Sorry but my take on it, and I'm far from an expert but know what I'm going through and I've been training and working gg different nutrition diets for 12yrs and there's a line between someone that's close and trying, and someone that has clearly no idea what their doing and advising them to cycle is downright foolish.

I’ll weigh in and keep it succinct. It’s not so much the message, but the delivery of the message. Not “what you say” but “how you say it”. That’s the difference between offering solid constructive advice with good intentions or coming across sounding like a dick.
Not pointing fingers at all but hopefully offering clarity on delivering an appropriate response.
Carry on....

alright fucktards, lets get back on track.
1. lets not debate vegans being at a disadvantage, they are but can still get it done.
2. his diet does suck, however lets help him, build the young ones up old heads.
3. windex, please lead by example, understand you have a stigma, please think about it and lighten up.
OP- listen to us, regardless if nasty or not. Some are old, on alot of gear or just dicks, either way you can learn from all.
You need to fix that diet, go to the diet section and let them guys help, they know their shit.
Go to the training section, stop watching youtube clips of huge guys telling you how to get big with shortcuts and learn the old fashion blood sweat and tears way. List to what Couch said, train like you are on, change diet. Then in 12 months hit that cycle.
Lets keep this thread on track guys.
