    Synephrine And Clenbuterol

Got a few fat burners (they suppress my appetite the best) that contain Bitter Orange (Synephrine). I was wondering is it too much on the heart to take lets say 60mcg-80mcg Clen , along with 50mcg-75mcg T3 and further adding in Synephrine?

no need to put that much stress on the system. What are your current stats and goals?

No way would you catch me using a combo like that, especially to lose 15 pounds for the summer. You could easily drop a pound to two pounds/week with cardio, a macro adjustment or both and.......voila. By ~ mid-July you're there.

I wouldn't get so fixated over a number anyway; use you mirror and you'll be surprised what a difference 10 pounds can make.

I'd be careful and monitor pulse and BP frequently. NO need to stack all those items together. Pick one or the other. You have to be sensible about it.
