I’m 20 years old and I was born with club feet. I am perfectly fine as far as mobility goes. Walk, run, anything. But I have very hard time working my Calves. (Not sure if it could be associated). Whenever I do calf raises of any kind my feet burn really bad. Even with no weight like 6 reps of calf extension hurt. My calves obviously won’t grow because of it and it’s very irritating. Any insight on what I can do would be amazing.
