    Late gains?

Is it at all possible to have gains start very late i to a test cycle? I am coming into my 10th week and I weighed in today and I am up 3 pounds since last week. Don’t know where this came from as I have been pretty much maintaining weight. Waist is still the same size and I weighed in after my ::ahem:: morning constitutional if you get my drift. Seems strange.

    absolutely.

most guys think you go into the gym, workout hard, break down muscle, and it repairs itself in a few days.. Not true. it takes weeks and even months to build new tissue. its a very burdensome and energy demanding process for the body.

the gains that come fairly soon when on cycle are simply water retention, blood volume increase, glycogen super compensation etc.. NOT new proteins and new tissue. now all of what I just mentioned does help the growing process, but don't confuse those gains with "real" gains in tissue, they are only a starting point.

if your making gains late into a cycle, that generally means your starting to put on new tissue and that new tissue is beginning to fill out. these late gains are the real keepable gains your after . so keep after it. don't stop you cycle short cause of some BS you read online about how long a cycle should be ran or not

Thanks Gear! It’s strange that I didn’t experience much water retention at the beginning of the cycle. I did have some BP issues as you may recall. I started taking hawthorne and my BP has been perfect ever since. I am only using Erase pro as an AI 1 cap twice a week as well. If I am correct isn’t it unmanaged sides that give gear a bad name? ie. not donating with a dangerously high HCT and letting bp be through the roof for long periods of time causing things like LVH etc. I am really beginning to think that if you manage every aspect of your health and pay attention to your body gear is no more dangerous than a anything else OTC or otherwise. I’m thinking 16 weeks for this blast as of right now.

Erase Pro is not an AI. It's not even a testosterone booster . Snake oil at best.

The only thing over the counter that can be used in lieu of an AI is DIM at 200-600mg per day.

Steroids get a bad name because people don't educate themselves or only look to information that supports their mentality and are too close minded. Then they end up with Gyno, self induced HRT, or some other random problem down the line.

The doctors see all the immaturity and aftermath of misuse/abuse so the medical community roadblocks AAS.

Add on to the fact that most people are incapable of translating information contextually based on their individuality.
