Planning cycle. Test and Deca eq or?

I'm planning my fourth cycle, last was 1 year ago. I thynk to run 12/14 weeks Test C or Test E 500mg per week and Deca 400mg or Eq 400. Adex 0.5 eod. Hcg 250ui 2xweek. Pct nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 75/50/50/25
I would not water too much, keep physical for the summer, increase some muscles and vascularity and cut bf. Size is not a priority This is a cutting cycle in calorie deficit. I don't run fast esthers because I don't want to inject eod.
Stats: 190 lbs 5'9'' 32y bf 10% first cycle only testc 400 1-12 / second cycle test e 600 1-12 / third cycle 1-9 test c 500 - Var 50 stopped by problems (var was dianabol)

Well given you want to cut i’d go with the EQ as Deca tends to make you a bit more puffy.

Thats way too much Arimidex too. I’d run 10mg of nolva everyday and throw down like .25mg of Arimidex as needed (when your shirt rubbing your nipples becomes painful is usually a sign), and chances are you won’t need it.

My avatar was on high dose deca and dbol and I was as lean as I’ve ever been. EQ is pretty mild and the only thing it did for me was increase appetite. Low test seems to be best for eliminating bloat at least for me. I think deca is a good choice still.

so this is basically an Arimidex cycle eh .. jk

but my point is that high a dose of Arimidex, with only 500mg of test is way over kill . if your goal is to have a dry look and thats why your wanting to run that much arimidex (terrible idea imo by the way), then why not just run a 'dry' cycle instead of running 500mg of Test (which whole purpose is to convert to estrogen.. why run test if you don't want the estrogen conversion in the first place) with that much of an AI.

set your cycle up so you don't have to run that much AI (most guys don't even need an AI at that low a dose of test, but just saying).

400 Deca
600 Mast
50mg day Var
(add in 100mg of test per week if you need it to function)
No AI needed for such a set up.

thats just an example.. but keep in mind that a majority of steroids available to us do NOT convert to estrogen. so why not run any number of those different non estrogenic compounds and not have to mess with running that much AI (which is terrible for your health imo)


Note: Deca is more of a "retentive" compound then it is a 'wet' bloating compound.. guys that get bloated on deca are usually running too much test with it, its not the deca. heck Deca without test is clean enough to run for contest prep even (unless your super progestin sensitive)

I don’t agree with this I was more vascular and lean looking while on deca it’s not the compound it’s the diet and training.

Not a fan of EQ, let alone on a cut. If you get the appetite increase side effect from EQ, it will make cutting very challenging when you are hungry 24/7.

I don't bloat from Deca, just a matter of having low test

In the past cycles test C/E 500/600 mg E2 was always too high even with Adex 0.25 EOD and switched to 0.5 E3D (pharma grade 100%).
I don't want to run oral steroids. In This cycle I would like to use only 2 juices (only inj).
I'm thinking of 1-12 TEST C 400-Deca 400 adex start 0.5 e3d and BW to adjust E2 in week 5/6. HCG 1-12 500ui. PCT as above.
Drostanolone E can give a better result than Deca?
Is a cycle of short esters better? I've never used P tests, and I just injected my gluteus.
I was thinking of a cycle 1-8 Test P 100 NPP 100 EOD (with Adex and HCG) but should I add another injection point?

if your E2 was too high running 600mg of test on your last cycles, then simply run less Test . problem solved :). run less test and run more of the actual Anabolics that don't aromatize. that way you don't have to abuse AI's and hinder your gains.


and on a side note- blasting AAS is not the same as TRT. while blasting its perfectly normal to let your E2 levels get into the higher ranges. unless your super estrogen sensitive, in which case you simply stay away from the few aromatizable compounds out there like Test and Dbol.

again, if you don't want high E2 then you don't blast Test. its really that simple.. plenty of other compounds out there that are way better then test

I think this is where most guys get hung up on the AI thing. They think their E2 should be the same as it was when their test is at 500ng/dL.

Personally sky high estrogen doesn’t bother me. I don’t get weepy. Sensitive nipples is about as bad as it gets. Maybe swollen ankles if I don’t watch my sodium intake

In my case that definitely applies. I was always told to run test at roughly double what your deca is at to avoid unpleasant DHN related side effects (deca Dick)

I don’t get deca dick at 900mg deca 250mg Test I’m convinced it’s a myth. The high test is more likely the problem along side deca.

I agree. I don't think EQ does anything for me. Other than send my BP into the stratosphere. Maybe make me lethargic. Love me some Deca at around 6-800mg/wk. Don't get any negative symptoms, strength through the roof and my joints feel great.

I would like to hold the Deca for a next mass cycle. Which is better considering I've always used test only. I would try a second product in stack with test. I'm interested in clean and hard gain. kickstart like Var 1-4? add 0.25 eod/0.5 e3d adex and hcg during cycle

Mast E 400 1-12

Test E 400 1-12
Primo 300 1-12

Test E 400 1-12
EQ 400 1-12

If you're actually 10% body fat, I would do test and mast
AI is iffy. 0.5adex e3d or 0.25eod would make me crash. Especially if I'm already running mast

If you do 300 Test and 700 Mast you can drop the AI all together.

AI really should just be used for the 0.01% are actually Gyno prone

I think people are just so scared of the horror stories they don’t want to try no ai. My cycles went to another dimension when I stopped crushing estrogen.
